Accomplishment Highlights

Project Director — Efficiency Initiative: Project Directorship for an Efficiency Initiative launched by the Province of BC’s IM/IT Shared Services organization. This initiative required immediate demonstration of results to achieve cost reduction targets and also put in place actions to achieve longer-term savings.
Project Director — Contract Service Delivery Model: Led the transformation of the organization’s service delivery model to respond to increasing client demands and pressure to reduce costs. This change impacted all staff (75 FTE’s) and required my commitment and ability to articulate and champion a vision for improving and enhancing services.
Project Management: Project Manager for a cross-government initiative to move from over 20 ministry chart of accounts to a single corporate chart of account. Project required a collaborative approach and a solution to balance meet the unique needs of each business and achieve the Comptroller’s vision and goal for streamlining the Province’s consolidated financial reporting.
