Accomplishment Highlights

Health Sector IM/IT Strategic Framework and Governance: Developed a high-level strategy to guide the eHealth Strategy Council including vision, value propositions, strategic objectives and definition of the health sector and related initiatives. Defined and established the mandate and scope of the eHealthCouncil including terms of reference, decision process/governance and scope.
Strategy and Business Plans: Provided strategic facilitations services and developed Business Plans for the Ministry of Labour and Citizen Services’, Province of BC IM/IT Shared Services (WTS), Ministry of Finance (Corporate Accounting Services) and Pacific Christian School.
Moderator — Strategic Leadership Program: Established a challenging learning environment to allow candidates to grow and challenge themselves as they develop leadership and strategic abilities and skills (such as balanced scorecard, competitive advantage strategies, strategy maps, strategic case analysis, presentation and communication skills) to assist them in their career progression and contributing to the success of the employers.
