Accomplishment Highlights
Business Transformation Initiative: Positioned Workplace Technology Services as a client-centric, cost-effective and functional IT service provider, for 30,000 government employees, expending over $250m to deliver business services.
Funding Model: Led a cross-government, high profile project for the development and endorsement of a new funding model for Ministry of Finance to fund the BC Public Service Agency and Common Information Technology Services. This model has been extended to be used as the funding framework for all shared services.
Application Development and Support — Service Transformation: Developed a strategic partnership with a large private sector vendor to outsource application development projects. Developed the framework for a partnership-based service delivery model, provided strategic direction and guidance to the RFP team.
